Friends,

As Illinoisans, it is hard to watch our beloved city of Chicago circle the drain. Unfortunately, crime has been on a steady rise for years now, and the mayor’s vocal cries against our police officers certainly aren’t helping. It’s no wonder Chicago’s police officers physically turned their backs on Mayor Lightfoot after one of their own was shot this summer.

We need more than just words from the current administration to combat this problem and support our police officers who can't seem to do their jobs without being targeted by violence themselves.

We need leaders who won’t tear down all the good work police officers do; we need leaders who will SUPPORT our police force when no one else will.

Illinois Republicans need to know, friend -- as a top conservative in our state, do you back the blue?

The failures of Democrats and their policies are outlined in the news reports of violent crime in Chicago every single day.

We can do better.
