Friend,

From the day I arrived in Congress, I’ve been relentlessly upholding our sacred right to vote. In fact, it was the backbone of the For the People Act -- the very first bill I co-sponsored when I got to Washington.

Like many of you, I’m incredibly alarmed by the attacks on voting rights in states across the country this year. But I’m also hopeful about the progress we can make to fight back through the Freedom to Vote Act -- if we have your support.

I’ll explain more below, but first please add your name next to mine to show your support for the Freedom to Vote Act.

The Freedom to Vote Act is a new bill drafted by my good friend Senator Klobuchar with support from Senator Manchin. The Freedom to Vote Act would:

Make it easier for all Americans to vote, regardless of ZIP code or political party
Put an end to the partisan gerrymandering that lets politicians pick their voters
Stop the flow of dark money into our political system
I’ll be leading the fight to pass the Freedom to Vote Act in the House. But I know it’ll only get done with a grassroots movement demanding progress.

If passed, the Freedom to Vote Act would be the biggest blow to political corruption -- and the biggest step forward for our democracy -- in generations. Will you add your name next to mine to voice your support for this monumental bill?

Thanks for your support,

Dean
