In 2016, I won one of the closest Senate races in history by only 1,017 votes. Now I'm one of the most vulnerable Senate Democrats up for reelection next year. CNN has rated my seat along with those of Catherine Cortez Masto in Nevada, Mark Kelly in Arizona, and Rev. Raphael Warnock in Georgia, as the four Democratic seats most likely to flip in 2022. Senate Republicans are already spending millions against us, and there are millions more on the way as part of their plan to take back the Senate.

Thanks to our Democratic majority, we've been able to pass critical legislation like the American Rescue Plan, helping to curb the pandemic, provide economic relief to the American people, and lower health care costs. But all of our progress will be lost if Republicans succeed in flipping the Senate.

I've been honored to work with my colleagues in the Senate to advance our Democratic priorities. But there's still so much left to do. We need to keep the Senate blue to continue our work on critical issues like protecting reproductive freedom, ensuring that every eligible voter can vote, and addressing the climate crisis.
