Despite no formal announcement, Politico recently broke the news that over a dozen of Trump's closest advisors say the chances he will run are “between 99 and 100 percent.”
If Democrats lose the House or the Senate in next year's midterm elections, there's no question Trump will be emboldened to campaign.
