BREAKING FROM POLITICO: Supreme Court sets Dec 1. for arguments in challenge to Roe v. Wade
Team – the Supreme Court is hearing a DIRECT challenge to Roe v. Wade on December 1 THIS YEAR. With a 6-3 conservative majority in place and a dozen Republican-led states already pushing anti-abortion legislation, this is major: they could overturn Roe v. Wade once and for all.
Time is running out to protect abortion access and we need to know where you stand. Tell us now: Do you support Roe v. Wade?

Team – this is terrifying. The Supreme Court just announced that they will hear arguments on whether or not to uphold Mississippi’s 15-week ban on abortion. If they do, it would overturn decades of precedent set by Roe v. Wade and end abortion in states across the country.
Here’s why: 14 states and Washington, D.C. have laws on the book to protect abortion even if Roe v. Wade is overturned. But in many states, Democratic governors are the ONLY firewall against extremist conservatives who have declared war on reproductive rights. And if Roe is overturned, 11 states have laws that would be triggered to immediately ban all or nearly all abortions – and more Republican-led states would soon follow.
With an ultra-conservative majority on the Supreme Court that has already signaled their willingness to repeal Roe by letting Texas’s near-total abortion ban take effect, we are not exaggerating when we say this: we could be just a few months away from Roe v. Wade being overturned entirely!
Team, we have a bleak future ahead of us if we don’t act now. 8 in 10 Americans agree that abortion should be legal. But with it under attack in the states and , now at risk in the Supreme Court, Roe v. Wade is hanging on by a thread. Can you share your thoughts right now? We need 75 more responses from reliable Democrats in Washington before 11:59 p.m. tonight – but right now we're missing yours. Please tell us now:
