Hello Friend,

My name is Paula Luna and I would like to take the opportunity to
introduce myself as the new Administrative Assistant at Battle Born
Progress and Institute for a Progressive Nevada. I started with both
organizations at the beginning of the month and I am excited to join such
a fantastic team.

I am originally from the Los Angeles area of California but have lived in
Southern Nevada for over twenty years. I am a proud graduate of the
University of Nevada Las Vegas and I consider Las Vegas my home. I love
being a part of and contributing to my community which is why it is an
honor to work for these organizations. I am joining the staff with over 10
years of office and project management experience. I am dedicated to
putting my skills to work and eager to learn and grow.

At BBP and IPN, we work to empower and educate Nevadans. I look forward to
helping advance our team's mission. As my first task in that mission, I'd
love for you and your friends and family to join us next week for our
Public Lands Week celebration events! Starting Tuesday, 9/21, through
Saturday, 9/25, we're hosting various programs to learn more and get
engaged about protecting Nevada's outdoor treasures.

Be there Tuesday at 6 PM as we kick things off with a virtual

Senator Chris Brooks discussing how American Rescue Plan funds can be
spent protecting and restoring our trails, parks, and waterways!
