Yesterday, the Senate Parliamentarian — an unelected advisor to the U.S. Senate — decreed that Congress cannot include a pathway to citizenship in Congress’ $3.5 trillion budget reconciliation bill. We cannot allow this ruling to stand in the way of providing stability to millions of our undocumented community members living in the U.S. 

We are on the verge of major votes in Congress — votes on the final bill that will provide much-needed relief for our communities, including lasting solutions for undocumented immigrants nationwide.

Our communities need relief now. It is crucial for us to urge Senate leadership to use every tool available to take meaningful action to make citizenship for millions a reality. Giving up is not an option. 

DACA recipients, immigrant youth, TPS holders, farmworkers, essential workers, and millions more of our undocumented community members have waited far too long for this relief. We cannot wait any longer.

Friend, we need you to send a message to your senators TODAY to keep fighting to include a pathway to citizenship in the bill.

Millions of immigrants’ livelihoods and their freedom to thrive should not be decided by one unelected advisor. We cannot allow this ruling to derail this once-in-a-generation opportunity to secure a pathway to citizenship for undocumented immigrants.
