Hi Friend –

This is a significant week on the global stage given the stakes of the global pandemic.

While all eyes are normally on the big speeches from world leaders at the UN General Assembly flying in (and now Zooming in), this year’s virtual COVID-19 Global Summit, hosted on Wednesday by the United States, could be the most consequential.

I’ll be participating in the Summit – and it was the theme of my “Flashpoint” talk this morning on the Concordia stage asking the question on “What’s It Worth” to make the investments to end this global pandemic and whether the world has the political will to do so.

The stakes couldn’t be higher to turn promises into bold action.
