John,

Across the country, voting rights are under attack. Earlier this month, Governor Greg Abbott signed Texas' restrictive voting bill into law. This law makes voting more difficult by banning drive thru-voting, 24-hour polling locations, drop boxes for mail ballots, and more.

Texas is just the latest example of Republicans attacking our right to vote. So far this year, more than 400 bills have been introduced in 49 states that restrict the right to vote and at least 18 states have already enacted voting restrictions into law.

Kim believes that every American should be able to make their voices heard at the ballot box, so she's fighting back against these attacks on our right to vote. Last month, Kim was proud to join her Democratic colleagues in the House in passing the John Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act -- a bill she was an original co-sponsor of.

This bill will restore key provisions of the Voting Rights Act and ensure equal access to the ballot box for all Americans. But now we need the Senate to pass this critical legislation and ensure President Biden can sign it into law.

Will you add your name to join Kim in calling on the Senate to pass the John Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act?

Thanks,

Team Schrier

National Republicans have named Rep. Kim Schrier's district a top target for the midterms, so we need your help to build another winning campaign. Will you chip in to protect Kim's seat and the Democratic House majority in 2022?
