For 50 years, the Supreme Court affirmed the constitutional right to access a safe, legal abortion. The Texas bill restricts people seeking abortion procedures beyond six weeks — effectively outlawing abortion for women before many know they’re even pregnant.

This bill is an attack on reproductive rights nationwide and undermines the longstanding precedent set under Roe v. Wade. The law represents an assault on women’s rights and threatens to harm our most vulnerable communities.
