John,

In a MAJOR DEVELOPMENT, ACLJ Chief Counsel Jay Sekulow and the ACLJ will represent the State of South Dakota and Governor Kristi Noem.

Planned Parenthood and the radical Left are desperately attacking states that pass pro-life legislation.

Now the abortion giant will be facing off against Jay Sekulow and the ACLJ legal team directly in court.

South Dakota and Gov. Noem passed a lifesaving law requiring third-party counseling for pregnant women about what an abortion really entails before having one.

Through Roe v. Wade, the abortion industry has relied on deceptions and legal fallacies. It cannot be trusted to tell vulnerable pregnant women the truth.

Planned Parenthood was able to obtain an injunction against South Dakota's pro-life law. Now South Dakota is appealing the injunction at the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals, and they'll have the full strength of the ACLJ at their defense.

This flawed injunction must be OVERTURNED. Women deserve all the facts before making such a life-altering decision.

As we prepare to take action in federal court to SAVE INNOCENT LIVES and defeat Planned Parenthood, we need YOU. Sign our URGENT petition.
