That’s our end-of-quarter fundraising goal, and if we’re being honest, it’s our most important goal yet.

It’s also coming at our most critical time. This month, we saw Texas Republicans enact the country’s most restrictive abortion law yet — a complete ban after six weeks, with no exception for rape or incest.

The Biden administration’s Justice Department has sued to stop this outrageous attack on reproductive rights. But with other states moving to follow suit and pass similar laws, we need federal action to codify Roe v. Wade and expand — not restrict — reproductive justice.

Val is running to do exactly that. She’s been the person in the room working with patients making life-changing, critical decisions like these. It could not be more important that we send a woman physician to the Senate.

But if we don’t hit our goal by September 30th, that could be at risk. Our ability to reach voters and push back on Republican dark money groups depends on having the resources we need — and grassroots donors like you make all the difference.
