It’s Tim -- I wanted to personally reach out and let you know that we still haven’t caught up to our mid-month fundraising goal. 

For the first time since we launched this campaign, we didn’t meet our email fundraising deadline and it’s got me really worried. I’ll admit -- I’m a little disappointed, too.

I’m not exaggerating -- when we miss a fundraising goal, it puts our campaign in jeopardy. Every dollar we fall short leaves us vulnerable to a GOP attack unable to defend ourselves. 

We can’t let an out-of-touch right-wing millionaire win this race. Mitch McConnell and his special-interest buddies have no interest in fighting for workers -- only their wealthy friends.

So we’re going to do what I tell my kids to do when they get knocked down -- we’re gonna get back up. We have 24 hours to close our fundraising gap and regain the momentum we lost, but we can’t do it without YOU.
