Friends,

Constitutional rights should not stop and start at state lines.

That’s why Martin is an original co-sponsor of the Women’s Health Protection Act — a bill that would protect the constitutional right to an abortion at the federal level. After Republicans trampled reproductive health rights in Texas, it couldn’t be more important to stop states from violating reproductive rights and undermining Roe v. Wade.

Will you add your name next to Martin’s to call on the Senate to pass the Women’s Health Protection Act and guarantee reproductive rights for all, no matter the state?

At the heart of the Women’s Health Protection Act is protecting women's reproductive rights and freedom to make their own personal health care choices. The conservative-led Supreme Court has made it clear that they won’t preserve these rights, so it’s critical that we enshrine Roe v. Wade into law.

And we need to do it before the Court hears another extreme abortion ban in Mississippi and overturns Roe for good. Especially when 11 states have “trigger” laws that would automatically ban abortions as soon as Roe is overturned.

Please, add your name to demand the Senate protect reproductive rights by passing the Women’s Health Protection Act now.

Thank you for speaking out at this crucial moment.
