The Supreme Court announced that it will hear the first major abortion case since President Trump's far-right appointees, Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh, were seated on the court.

The outcome of this critical case could determine the fate of abortion access nationwide. If we allow the extreme conservatives to get their way, they'll use cases like this to overturn Roe v. Wade and put reproductive freedom at risk everywhere.

When Texas tried to enact similar draconian abortion laws, the Supreme Court ultimately overturned it--but that was before Kavanaugh and Gorsuch were on the bench. The GOP is now shamefully trying to use the new makeup of the court to overturn our right to safe, legal abortion.

New anti-abortion laws in Republican states across the country are part of a coordinated effort to reverse the longstanding precedent of Roe v. Wade.
