Tracking multiple priorities is always a lot of work, and we’re confident that with Indivisibles on our side, we can win big for the American people Indivisibles,
This week is going to be busy, and we want to make sure we’re all in the loop before things get underway, so we’ll keep this one short.
On reconciliation, committees are wrapping up their work on the process, and we expect a floor vote on the full package toward the end of the week. That means we’ll be in full throttle to ensure that the Democratic caucus sticks together and every single House Democrat votes yes on a strong recovery package. The September 27 deadline for the Bipartisan Infrastructure Framework is looming, so we’ll also be drumming up support so House progressives stand strong and demand that the reconciliation package gets passed before the House takes up BIF.
And, don’t forget, we’re still tracking democracy work in the Senate -- it’s possible they could vote on the compromise Freedom to Vote Act as soon as this week. We know that no voting rights legislation, no matter how strong or watered down, will get 10 Republican votes, so we’re still building pressure on the Senate to reform the filibuster to strengthen our democracy.
All the call pages, the constantly updated policy resources, the event support and organizing expertise, and everything else it takes to build that pressure: It all costs money. We rely on grassroots donors to fund our work -- can you donate $10 today to help us win big on reconciliation, democracy, and all our other progressive priorities?

Tracking multiple priorities like this is always a lot of work, and we’re confident that with Indivisibles on our side, we can win big for the American people. Our investments in reconciliation and democracy are based on the same values -- that the government should work for the people, and that the people should have a real say in what it does and how it spends its money. We can make that vision a reality, with your help.
In solidarity, Indivisible Team
