Friend,

Wow!

The Trevor Project emailed you the other day about the virtual concert I’m hosting on my Instagram page tonight to help raise money for Trevor as part of Bi+ Awareness Week. I had no idea so many of you would donate before the concert even started! Thank you so much for your generous contributions towards The Trevor Project’s live-saving work and all they do for the LGBTQ community.

Singing and songwriting have always been extremely personal to me. I use them both as a creative and emotional outlet when I’m feeling low. I’ve learned through the Trevor Project’s research that I’m not alone in this - LGBTQIA+ youth often find joy and strength in their lives through music, art and creativity! It’s so meaningful to be able to connect with one another through art, and so critical for LGBTQIA+ youth to know that their stories and voices matter. That’s why I’m so excited – and so grateful – to host this virtual concert starting at 5 p.m. PT / 8 p.m ET tonight to support The Trevor Project. I really hope you can tune in.

You can use this link to join me on Instagram Live later today when the concert starts at 5 p.m. PT.

I can’t thank you enough for being a supporter of The Trevor Project and all they do to end LGBTQ youth suicide.

Can’t wait to celebrate Bi+ Awareness Week with you,

Rebecca Sugar

We couldn't do our work without your support.
