Montana’s Republican Attorney General is asking a court to dismiss a lawsuit
brought against him by Planned Parenthood of Montana over the recently signed
anti-choice bill that is set to go into effect on October 1st.

Fresh on the heels of the Supreme Court refusing to strike down Texas’ SB8 law
outlawing abortions after 6 weeks, this adds insult to injury. If Republicans
in Montana had it their way, the law would look identical to Texas’. We need to
fight back.

That’s why we’re asking 2,500 folks to sign our petition stating that we
support Planned Parenthood of Montana and want to see this lawsuit remain to
protect women’s right to choose!
