I really hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I just need to fill you in
on the situation with the Pennsylvania GOP. 🙄

Despite the fact that the 2020 election was decisively called for Joe
Biden <checks notes> TEN months ago, the PA GOP is continuing with their
phony "election audit" charade.

This time around, they're set to potentially spend millions of
your tax dollars to risk
an identity theft catastrophe involving 7 million PA residents' highly
personal information. Think social security numbers, drivers' license
numbers, the whole nine yards…

This bogus + dangerous move is yet another attempt at undermining public
faith in our fair and free elections and disenfranchising voters. It's
bad-faith stunts like this one that helped incite the deadly insurrection
on January 6. And yet, the PA GOP has shown that *this* is what their
party is all about in 2021.

standing up for Pennsylvanians, our fair and free elections, and the right
of every single eligible voter to make their voice heard in our democracy.

I believe it's ludicrous that the PA GOP is trying to subpoena state and
county officials for your personal information — including but not limited to name,
driver's license number, partial social security number, and method of
voting.

As much as I would LOVE to ignore this pathetic attempt to undermine our
elections, it's just too important. We must fight back against this
blatant power grab that puts Pennsylvanians at risk.

I have never been afraid to directly take on the PA GOP — and I sure as
hell am not afraid to take them on when we go toe-to-toe in 2022 to try to
flip this Senate seat. But I'll need you to have my back
too, John.
