John,

The radical Left is putting our national security in jeopardy.

TODAY is a major deadline in our case to expose dangerous Deep State corruption.

Emboldened by President Biden, the Deep State has been doing whatever it takes – including shredding the Constitution – to dismantle our conservative agenda.

Rep. Eric Swalwell – who pushed the Russia Hoax and was an impeachment manager – was compromised by a Chinese Communist spy right around the time he was named to the House Intelligence Committee.

The spy even placed an "intern" in Swalwell's office. Despite 14 Members of Congress requesting an FBI briefing on Swalwell's connections to the Chinese spy, Speaker Pelosi and President Biden refused to act, shrugging off his actions.

We filed a FOIA request to get to the bottom of Swalwell's spy fiasco, but the Deep State refused to turn over key documents. So we filed another lawsuit, this time against the FBI.

The FBI's Motion for Summary Judgment in the case is due TODAY.

The Deep State is trampling the Constitution and undermining our national security. We must stop their lawless behavior and hold them accountable.

Stand with us. Sign our petition.
