The mid-month deadline is tonight, and then it’s full speed ahead to the FEC reporting deadline on September 30th.

I hate to ask for money, but these deadlines are important -- especially with the news that the GOP has an advantage over us in grassroots enthusiasm going into 2022. And at the same time, our campaign has seen a drop in contributions.

We can’t let this continue on the way it’s going. There’s too much at stake: voting rights, reproductive rights, the climate crisis, universal child care. 

Republican House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy thinks the cards are stacked in Washington Republicans’ favor, too.

McCarthy called the 2022 landscape a “100-year storm” where Washington Republicans have history on their side because the party in power (that’s us) tends to lose seats during the midterms, and they have redistricting on their side.

With the upper hand, McCarthy believes Washington Republicans can build “a lasting Majority” for “the next decade.”
