Covid Will Not Distract Me From
Reforming Family Law
From Senator Pauline Hanson
"Despite COVID-19 distracting many politicians from the countless other needs in this nation, I've continued my call for changes to the Family Law Act.
"Perjury, Access to Children, and Child Support remain the biggest issues that need addressing. I've offered real solutions following the Family Law Inquiry that will be released publicly soon. They're currently before the committee.
My fight continues and I'm asking you to maintain your passion for these changes also."
The Joint Select Parliamentary Committee into Australia’s Family System is finalising the third Interim Report along with recommendations which deal with Child Support exclusively. This report is expected to be tabled in both the House of Representatives by the Chair, Kevin Andrews, and in the Senate by Senator Hanson, the Deputy Chair, in the next sitting period in October.
Senator Hanson has had to prepare a dissenting report to the draft report circulated to the Committee last month as she is very concerned that the initial recommendations to change Child Support were not robust enough to make real alterations to the existing totally unfair policies. Senator Hanson is determined to get the Government to abolish the current formula and base child support on the actual cost of raising a child. These include calculating child support on the paying parent’s nett income after normal PAYE tax, and is based on a 38-hour week. This calculation should not include overtime, a second job or bonuses. When parents share custody 50/50, Senator Hanson recommends there should be no child support payable. Both parents have the responsibility and obligation to support their children—not just one parent. This is just commonsense. Watch Senator Hanson here. ([link removed])
The link below to the Committee’s website provides the previous two reports and recommendations in regards to the Family Law Courts. The Government has recently enacted one of the recommendations which now provides sanctions to parents who contravene court orders. Importantly, these must be heard within 14 days of an application to the court being made. Instead of judges, the Family Court has employed more Registrars who are empowered to make judgements on the contravention and sanctions.

Pauline Hanson’s One Nation Announces New Candidate for Hunter
[link removed]
Pauline Hanson’s One Nation has announced Dale McNamara as the candidate for the Federal Division of Hunter in New South Wales.
Dale is a great Australian success story. A born and bred Singleton local who has lived in Hunter all his life, he’s a self-made man with extensive business experience and success in the coal mining, agricultural, horse racing and hospitality industries.
“Dale fights for coal mining jobs first and foremost. Plus, he has the experience in the tourism, hospitality, and agricultural industries to be a first-class Member for Hunter in the Federal Parliament.”, NSW One Nation Leader, The Hon. Mark Latham MLC, said.
“Dale’s first priority is economic development—protecting coal jobs and assisting every industry in the Hunter region that can help drive down unemployment and give young people local future employment opportunities.”
Mr McNamara started work in the coal industry when he was just 18 years of age and has a wealth of experience to draw on. One Nation is the only party left supporting coal. The current dominant parties both signed up to the 2015 Paris Agreement calling for coal to be phased out. A recent study published in Nature reports that by 2050, Australia would have to leave 95% of its coal in the ground.
With the news this week of the resignation of Joel Fitzgibbon, Labor’s Hunter MP, the prospects for winning this seat are looking very good.
As Senator Hanson said, “Fortunately, the 40,000 people employed in Australia’s coal industry still have a voice of reason representing their interests in Parliament. One Nation will continue to fight for coal industry jobs against the global forces trying to close the industry down.”
Healthcare Workers Don't Support
Mandatory Vaccines
[link removed]
From Senator Malcolm Roberts
Informed consent is impossible wherever there is coercion. Coercion includes saying "you must take this, or we will destroy your livelihood and your ability to put food on the table for your kids".
Over 100 healthcare workers and supporters turned up at short notice to Underwood Park to show their opposition to mandatory vaccines.
Within two weeks, many of these people will walk off the job because they refuse to be forcibly vaccinated under the threat of losing their livelihood. This was my speech at that meeting.

** Prayer and Push Back
------------------------------------------------------------
Pauline Hanson's One Nation joined Pat Mesiti For Prayer and Pushback Live Online Event on Friday 17th September. "Powerful things happen when powerful people come together. And that's not just the people speaking live at our Prayer and Pushback event; it's every single one of you that joins to stand with us. To stand together in a time of darkness will be the most powerful voice of all. It's time we remind our Politicians that we are not voiceless and our freedom is not negotiable. No matter who you are or where you are in the world, let's give this everything we have. Let hope be our guide, and let's learn some practical strategies to make Australia great again."

That is this weeks recap from One Nation.
While you're here, we'd love to ask a favour. We are a party with fewer resources than Labor with their union donations, and the Liberals with their big corporates, but with your help and by listening to the people, we can achieve real change in parliament for the betterment of the country.
One Nation is run on purely grassroots support. We rely on the contributions of mums, dads, daughters and sons from the top to the bottom of Australia to stay running as a party, and every dollar counts.
