 With continuous natural disasters, and the U.N. deeming climate change a “code red for humanity,” it is clear that we must do something now to combat the climate crisis that is already threatening our lives in California. My Democratic colleagues and I are pushing through legislation to do just that, including President Biden’s full infrastructure package that will invest in a green energy future. But too many of my Republican colleagues still deny the problem even exists, much less will cooperate with a solution. John: this is why expanding our majority next year is so critical. We must have more support in Congress to pass climate change action into law.
