This week, voters in California turned out in droves to reject the far-right Republican attempt to recall Governor Gavin Newsom. A strong defeat of the recall effort is a huge win for our movement to take bold action against climate change, protect reproductive freedom, bring down the ridiculous cost of higher education, and implement common-sense policies to put an end to the pandemic.
