Picture it. It was 2005, and the incumbent mayor of Manchester, Bob Baines, was an entrenched Democrat incumbent. He was viewed as an unbeatable force who was likely to launch a run for United States Congress soon after winning yet another re-election as mayor.
No one thought it was possible to defeat him. They were wrong.
You see, Victoria Sullivan is one of the hardest-working candidates I have ever met. She is constantly on the phone or at the doors working for each and every supporter. Her message is strong and her opponents' policies are weak.
