But the reality is that our first end-of-quarter deadline (a Very Big Deal) is coming up in just two weeks. Our team conversations about email usually go something like this:
“Don’t ask them for money, tell them how to register to vote.”
Eddie, it’s not time to register to vote yet.
“How about a space to vent about Gov. DeSantis’ absolute failure of leadership?”
He’s terrible! But we have to fundraise if we’re going to beat Scott Franklin.
“Can I at least talk about why climate change scares the shit out of me?”

To be honest, we wouldn’t have it any other way. Because we know that the respect and care Eddie has for his campaign email list is the same respect and care he’ll show as a Congressman, advocating on behalf of Floridians and bringing their voices to Washington.
