An exciting development opportunity has come up for youth workers to join a network of Champions on Racial Justice and Diversity in youth work.

NYCI’s Equality and Intercultural Programme is launching an initiative for youth workers to join a network of Champions on Racial Justice and Diversity in youth work ([link removed]) .

Being a member of the network includes:
* Monthly network meetings in which members can share and learn from others with similar interests and goals.
* Specific tailored training in advancing racial justice in youth work
* One-to-one mentoring to deepen your understanding or get support on implementing change in their own individual practice and in your organisation.
