Judicial Watch continues to break new ground fighting for the principle “Because no one is above the law!” which is both our motto and our motivation.

• We sued Colorado, North Carolina and Pennsylvania for failing to obey federal law requiring they take reasonable steps to keep their voter registration rolls accurate. “Dirty” voter rolls are an invitation to voter fraud, and our Election Integrity team is now reviewing new federal voter data with an eye to challenging more states over their failure to remove ineligible and inactive names between elections.

• We are taking on Big Tech and Big Government censorship of conservative Americans. For example, we exposed state officials in California and Iowa who worked with Big Tech to suppress and censor conservative posts about the 2020 elections (including a Judicial Watch post). And we sued three federal government agencies related to what appear to be Biden administration efforts to monitor and/or silence conservatives critical of government policy.

• We have active lawsuits to combat illegal sanctuary policies that aid and abet illegal immigration; and to expose the unprecedented attack on the rule of law by the Biden administration’s REFUSAL to enforce our immigration laws.

• We are using state open records laws to expose the widespread misuse of taxpayer dollars to indoctrinate public school students in the Marxist, racist and truly un-American “Critical Race Theory.” We also filed a federal lawsuit on behalf of a Dedham, Massachusetts father, who was fired from his job as head football coach after raising concerns about his daughter’s seventh-grade ancient history class curriculum peddling “Critical Race Theory” and Black Lives Matter)

You can see why I’m asking for your urgent help. Indeed, as I write you my colleagues and I are initiating a major new investigation into Biden’s Afghanistan disaster which led to the preventable deaths of 13 American troops! We expect to be in federal court suing for answers on Biden’s betrayal and surrender to the Taliban.
