Welcome to the Evening with Ceres virtual networking environment!

On October 13th we’ll open the doors to the Evening with Ceres virtual networking environment, a space designed specifically for you. In this customized place you can meet fellow guests before the show begins. You’ll start at a lounge with group conversations. That’s right. Your mic is on, your face is on the screen. You can actually see and hear those around you.

Here’s what it will look like when we are there together:

Whether to jump over to another group, meet someone at a couch for a direct conversation … you have control. During this pre-show time you have a chance to really get comfortable with the environment and how to engage with the community.

Then you are whisked to the show!

Afterwards, you are back in the virtual networking environment for opportunities to discuss the program, meet other guests or catch up with those you missed earlier. It’s an experience that you can tailor to your interests and needs.
