Trump's Supreme Court just showed why court-packing is necessary to save U.S. democracy
Jack –– In the wake of the Supreme Court’s failure to stop Texas’ ultra right-wing abortion ban, it’s clear that the Court has no interest in upholding Roe v. Wade.
And as GOP acts to dismantling our elections from the ground up, we must do everything possible to ensure the Supreme Court is in position to save democracy as we know it.
That’s why we’re polling Democrats about where they stand on expanding the Supreme Court. The Judiciary Act of 2021 would add four additional seats to the Supreme Court and restore balance after Trump and McConnell blatantly stole Supreme Court seats.
