This exciting new initiative, called Plantega, is on a mission to make sustainable, culturally-relevant plant-based foods more accessible to underserved communities through a network of independent corner stores in urban food deserts. After a wildly successful prototype, Plantega is now opening new locations throughout New York City and serving up hundreds of tasty plant-based sandwiches in neighborhood bodega’s every day.
