It says that anyone who suspects that someone has performed an abortion or aided someone to get an abortion can sue them and get 10,000 dollars or more if they win this lawsuit, and their attorney’s fees paid. That is…what’s the point of that? It’s clearly an incentive for people to track down women who have abortions.”
