Morning, folks!

I’m up early today, drinking my coffee after practicing some meditation. There is something so peaceful about the mornings here before the day gets going -- I love sitting in my backyard and taking in the fresh air with Bear and Buckeye at my feet.

Before I hit the campaign trail (and help the kids get ready for school), I’m taking a look at our numbers -- but I have to say, it’s not great.

We’re way off track for our big $100,000 FEC goal at the end of the month. If we fall short right before our report goes public, you can bet my Republican opponents will think Ohio’s open Senate seat is ripe for the taking.
