Dear John,
Wow! What an incredible show of interest! Tonight’s Evening for the Environment [[link removed]] at UNE’s Innovation Hall in Portland is going to be an amazing event. With a guest list of over 500 people , there will be lots of old and new acquaintances for you to connect with during our program. Last weekend’s influx of registrants has prompted us to triple our staff for the event, and increase refreshments and appetizers as much as possible - However, for those who may me wanting more than a nibble, I encourage you to snack-up before you arrive tonight.
Rest assured that there will be ample parking, with three dedicated lots and plenty of signage directing you where to go. Street parking around the venue is also fair game.
You may have also noticed that we’ve closed our online registrations for tonight. This is the first time in the history of this event that we’ve had more interest than we can accommodate. Thank you for understanding.
For all who are interested, please tune into Maine Calling [[link removed]] today at 1pm to hear our keynote speaker, Richard Louv. [[link removed]]
I look forward to seeing many of you tonight!
Best,
Greta
