I know this is not the outcome we all wanted.



King Newsom survived this round, but we have now built a foundation and infrastructure for a midterm cycle earlier than ever before as we move forward toward 2022.


My favorite show, Ted Lasso, teaches a very important lesson. Ted tells Sam the happiest animal on Earth is a goldfish because they have a ten-second memory. The first season ends with this message that I want to leave with you:

"Let's be sad now, let's be sad together then, we can be a gosh darn goldfish. Onward, forward."

Thank you for everything you have done for the Recall Effort. Onward and forward to 2022.
