John,

Here's the bad news: Texas's latest abortion ban will endanger the lives of millions of women and pregnant folks.

By stripping away reproductive rights, Texas lawmakers have condemned anyone seeking an abortion after six weeks to travel hundreds of miles outside of the state to get the health care they need.

But there's something we all can do to help: First, add your name to Suzan DelBene's petition calling on Congress to uphold Roe v. Wade and protect women's health care. Then, consider making a donation to help Suzan continue her fight for women's rights in 2022 >> Suzan DelBene has spent her time in office advocating for women, from advocating for equal pay for equal work to co-sponsoring the Women’s Health Protection Act -- which would codify the nationwide right to abortion and expand federal protections for reproductive rights.

And the truth is, the Texas abortion restrictions bill is only the latest in a slate of attacks on Roe v. Wade across the country. In fact, eleven states have enacted near or total bans on abortion that trigger automatically if Roe is overruled.

That's why we need to stand with Suzan in the fight to protect women's health and reproductive rights, and continue electing pro-choice lawmakers like Suzan to all levels of office.

Make your voice heard loud and clear by adding your name to our petition as we call on Congress to protect a woman's right to choose. After you've signed, consider chipping in $3 or any amount to keep Suzan in the House to continue the fight for reproductive rights.

Thanks for taking action, John.
