We are proud to have joined the National Partnership for Women & Families in creating four new reports on disability and reproductive rights. Everyone has the right to make their own informed decisions about sex, health care, and parenting — but disabled people often face barriers to reproductive health care, abortion access, sex education, parenting rights, and more. In our new reports, you can learn more about the barriers to reproductive rights that people with disabilities face, including how systemic ableism and racism intersect in health care, education, and the child welfare system. These reports provide a much-needed look at how access to reproductive rights and care is shaped by disability status, and lay out detailed policy solutions.
