A new Columbia University study was just released on large-capacity magazines.

A large-capacity magazine is a detachable ammunition feeding device that holds more than 10 bullets and allows a shooter to keep firing without having to pause to reload.

The researchers found that states that prohibit large-capacity magazines are two times less likely to experience a high-casualty mass shooting.

In short, this means fewer bullets equals fewer fatalities.

So if we’re serious about saving lives from mass shootings, then we must limit large-capacity magazines.
