We shouldn’t have been relying on the Taliban to provide security for us at the airport.
We shouldn’t have allowed billions of dollars worth of U.S. military equipment to get turned over to the Taliban.
This administration shouldn’t have been LYING to the press and public saying Americans weren’t stranded behind enemy lines.
And we shouldn’t have been operating off of some arbitrary political deadline - instead, we should have told the Taliban that we’re leaving Afghanistan when EVERY LAST AMERICAN IS BROUGHT HOME!
At this point, if Blinken wanted to show real leadership, the best thing to do would be to RESIGN IMMEDIATELY!
