It’s been 50 years since Congress passed any significant laws to protect American voters. In the meantime, we’ve seen a barrage of anti-voter bills, an avalanche of dark money, and a flood of rigged maps descend on our political system.

The corrupt establishment wants us to give up. To think it’s not possible to pass laws that put power back in the hands of the people. 

Our new video reminds us that these attacks are alarming and outrageous, but we will never give up on our democracy.

The Freedom to Vote Act was just released yesterday and has support from a majority of the Senate. It would make Election Day a holiday, ban gerrymandering, and shine a light on dark money. It's here because our movement continues to push every single day for a government of, by, and for the people. 

But it will only pass if Americans everywhere pressure the Senate.
