Our courts are broken from top to bottom.

The Supreme Court has a conservative supermajority because Senate Republicans violated norms and refused to take up Merrick Garland’s nomination, our lower courts are plagued by vast judge shortages, and court workers lack basic workplace protections. As a result, all of us are losing access to OUR courts, and to a basic promise of our country: equal access to justice. Saving our courts is essential to restoring faith in our system of government and to saving our democracy.

Hank is a champion for change on court reform. He’s leading legislation in Congress to expand the Supreme Court, add 200 federal judges nationwide, require Supreme Court judges to follow a code of ethics, and institute workplace protections for court system workers.
