As you probably know, Joe Biden announced his blatantly unconstitutional plan
to force millions of Americans to get vaccinated by requiring any company with
over 100 employees to require their employees to get vaccinated.

And John, you better believe we are preparing to sue the Biden administration
the second they try to enforce this ridiculous mandate.

 

You see, our phones are ringing off the hook with Americans who are rightfully
concerned that their freedom to make their own medical decisions is being
ripped away from them.

 

Just last year we filed dozens of lawsuits against unlawful COVID lockdown
orders and even won THREE cases in front the of the Supreme Court of the United
States.

 

We’re prepared to do whatever it takes to shut down this mandate in the
courts—simply, Biden’s absurd attempt to leverage OSHA into requiring
vaccinations cannot stand.

 

First it was stay at home orders that closed houses of worship, schools, and
small businesses…then it was mask mandates...

 

…But now these authoritarian hacks are going trying to stop you from feeding
your family if you don’t take the vaccine.

 

They don’t care if the vaccination is against your religious beliefs.

 

They don’t care if this exposes your private medical history to your employers.

 

They don’t care if this means you’re harassed by your coworkers and can’t put
food on the table for your children.

 

Your rights just don’t matter to the Biden Administration. That’s why we’re
going to hold his feet to the fire.
