I’m reaching out today to ask you to contribute toward our mid-month September fundraising goal. But first, I hope you’ll give me a moment to explain why your support is so important right now.

At a time when reproductive rights are under attack in our country, our team is working tirelessly to ensure that Nevadans can get the health care they need and take action to protect the constitutional right to safe and legal abortion.

We’re also working to hold accountable the drug companies that have fueled our nation’s opioid crisis.

Nevada continues to be one of the hardest-hit states by the opioid crisis, and I will continue to work toward a resolution with any defendant that adequately addresses the devastation felt by every Nevadan experiencing the tragedy of the opioid crisis.

So as you can imagine, I’m pretty busy and focused solely on the people of Nevada — and I wouldn’t have it any other way. But I just haven’t had time to spend on our fundraising efforts, which could put our campaign in a vulnerable position.

That’s why I’m asking for your help today — can you pitch in a few dollars so we can catch up on our mid-month fundraising goal and have the resources we need to continue making Nevada a place for all? Any amount makes a huge difference.
