This is it, John -- it's Election Day in California.

Tonight, voters in California will decide whether we continue our progress under Governor Newsom, or allow Trump-Republicans to seize power and destroy all the values we hold dear.

No matter what happens when the polls close, you should be proud of the work you've done to defend Gavin against this sham recall. When we started Elect More Democrats, our goal was to elect good Democrats up and down the ticket to continue the progress we started when we flipped the House in 2018.

At the time, we didn't know the far-right would go after Gavin. But together, we stepped up and fought back. Thanks to your incredible support, we exceeded expectations and made a tremendous impact in beating this recall.

The truth is, the stakes couldn't be higher. California's COVID-19 response and a balanced economic recovery hinge on whether or not Gavin comes out on top today.

Winning key races like this one means investing. That's exactly the approach Elect More Democrats has taken here and will take in dozens of other competitive races where we can make a meaningful impact.
