It’s clearer than ever: The far-right majority on the Supreme Court has decided that appeasing Republican leaders is more important than protecting the rights of the people.
Add your name if you agree: We must EXPAND the Supreme Court to protect our sacred Democracy. » [[link removed]]

The Supreme Court is completely broken.

Just this year they have:

⮕ Gutted the Voting Rights Act as Republicans pass voter suppression laws across the country
⮕ Halted the eviction moratorium as the delta variant takes hold and people continue to need help
⮕ Effectively eviscerated Roe v. Wade in the dead of night, endangering the right to choose

They won’t stop until they use the power entrusted in them to essentially become a rubber stamp of the most extreme parts of the Republican platform.

We can stop them though, John. Right now, there is a bill in Congress to expand the Supreme Court and give Joe Biden the power to nominate four more justices.

Please John, we must collect 7 signatures from xxxxxx to make an impact, so we really need your name. Will you sign our petition right now? » [[link removed]]

He is the first openly gay Afro Latino ever elected to Congress. Ritchie is a champion for progressive policies to fight poverty and to improve the lives of families just like the one he was raised in.
