• We transformed the right to earn an honest living from a dead letter to a real force under the law: Before IJ, federal appeals courts hadn’t struck down a single law on economic liberty grounds in half a century.

• We’ve successfully defended 24 programs to give children the education that’s right for them and won three choice cases at the U.S. Supreme Court, with one more case coming up in the high court’s next session.

• Finally, we aren’t shying from new challenges. We launched our Project on Immunity and Accountability only last year, but our efforts have already achieved national prominence in the courts and the court of public opinion.
