This month, thanks to the steadfast support of our donors, IJ celebrates its 30th anniversary. Please add your support <[link removed]> to fuel another three decades of defending vital constitutional rights.

Here are a few of the ways we’ve strengthened protections for the liberties that matter most:

- We took eminent domain abuse and civil forfeiture from obscurity to infamy, securing reforms in dozens of states—and we’re not done yet.

- We pioneered the issue of occupational speech and helped courts recognize that what you say as part of your job isn’t a First Amendment-free zone.

- We transformed the right to earn an honest living from a dead letter to a real force under the law: Before IJ, federal appeals courts hadn’t struck down a single law on economic liberty grounds in half a century.

- We’ve successfully defended 24 programs to give children the education that’s right for them and won three choice cases at the U.S. Supreme Court, with one more case coming up in the high court’s next session.

- Finally, we aren’t shying from new challenges. We launched our Project on Immunity and Accountability only last year, but our efforts have already achieved national prominence in the courts and the court of public opinion.

There’s never been a better time to become an IJ donor <[link removed]>. Whether you choose to give online or by mail, your gift will be matched dollar-for-dollar thanks to a matching grant for new donors.

Please considering joining our fight with a donation now and help us celebrate another 30 years of making a more free, just, and prosperous future for all.

Many thanks,
Scott
