CLCV Member,

It’s Election Day for California’s recall election. If you haven’t already turned in your ballot, today is the final day to vote NO on recall.

This is a critical time where we need your help to take action and protect our climate progress. While California is a climate leader, our state is still in danger of replacing Governor Gavin Newsom with a climate delayer at best or an extremist denier at worst.

That’s why it’s important to vote NO on recall! Polls are open from 7 a.m. - 8 p.m., and click here to find a local vote center

Registered voters received a mail ballot, and it must be postmarked today for it to count. You can also drop your ballot off at the nearest official ballot drop box or at your local vote center.

California offers same-day registration, so all eligible voters can vote today with a provisional ballot at a vote center if you haven’t previously registered.

It’s all hands on deck: Millions of voters have cast their ballots, and we need every vote to ensure California does not go backwards on its climate progress. We invite you, your friends, and your family to join us today in voting NO on Recall!

We believe that transformational change is necessary and only by transforming our political system will we create the opportunity to take bold action on climate change. We elect and cultivate environmental champions, turn election victories into policy wins, hold our lawmakers accountable, and build political power for change. We inspire hope and action and fight for equity and justice for all Californians. We are in the business of changing what’s possible.
