This is disturbing, John.
Kevin McCarthy is doing everything he can to obstruct the investigation into the January 6th insurrection. He repeatedly blocked it from coming to a vote, and he recently THREATENED companies that release GOP phone records to the investigators.
He's either desperate to protect Trump, or he has something bigger to hide. Either way, his public threats appear to have violated laws that protect investigations from obstruction. It's important we get to the bottom of this, which is why we're asking:
