We are looking for highly customer-orientated individuals to join our team. The successful candidates should demonstrate that they have excellent written and verbal communication skills, are able to learn a subject from a position of zero knowledge and have a detailed knowledge of computer systems. In addition strong motivational skills to ensure that personal deadlines are met, working with minimum supervision and being an active team member are important.
The successful candidates will be dealing with enquiries over the telephone and in writing with regards to Penalty Charge Notices/Fixed Penalty Notices therefore, being able to interrogate records and give accurate information is paramount. As this is a front-line service, you should have excellent customer services skills and be able to deal with irate customers in a calm, tactful, diplomatic and logical manner.

THE ROLE:

The Mental Health Support Teams are part of an exciting trailblazer project funded by NHS England, Health Education England and partners, with the aim of improving the mental health and wellbeing of children and young people in their community. There is a specific focus on developing better and easier access to emotional health support within primary and secondary schools, including special educational provisions and Pupil Referral Units.
You will be working with a wide range of city education providers to ensure that effective partnership working is developed and complements our existing Targeted CAMHService offer to city schools. Working alongside community partners the two Mental Health Support Teams will be fully integrated with our Nottingham Citywide Targeted CAMHS alongside the educational providers.
We are looking for a confident and experienced professional with a demonstrable track record of providing quality evidenced based interventions. You will have significant experience of leading, managing and supervising staff and be able to demonstrate strategic and operational leadership skills and abilities. Please refer to the person specification for professional qualifications required for this role.The role will ensure the effective delivery of both the clinical work within the project, ensuring that the evidence based interventions are used to support young peoples mental health. You will provide management, leadership and clinical supervision to the team comprising of Education Mental Health Practitioners, Recruit to Train CBT Practitioners and you will clinically supervise and manage the MHST Supervisors/CBT Supervisors.
You will be responsible for the stragtegic development of the trailblazer and developing clinical operational processes for the delivery of evidenced based interventions in schools that both integrate and complement our existing citywide model and our single point of access. Alongside with the development of new and effective self-referral processes for this service.This is a full-time position and there will be an opportunity to hold a small caseload to enable continual registration, where you would provide comprehensive assessment, risk management and interventions for young people experiencing complex emotional and mental health difficulties. This is a unique opportunity to join a local authority innovative Citywide CAMHService as part of an exciting MHST trailblazer.
